EasyWeddingDay.com was started at the beginning of 2007, shortly after its founder, Mark Zealey, had asked his girlfriend to marry him. They were given a book which contained about a hundred pages of checklists of things involved in planning a wedding, which really freaked them out!

Mark, being a programmer by profession, decided that being able to plan their wedding online would be a good idea, so set about creating basic features such as a wedding invite list organiser, a wedding gift list planner, and some basic wedding website creation tools. EasyWeddingDay.com continues to expand and develop, both as Mark thinks of more features that can be added, and as you provide valuable feedback about features that you want!
